WINTER PROGRAMS
Sessions will contain thousands of touches in a very short amount of time providing a wonderful training tool for anyone looking to increase their speed of play.
These sessions have a strong emphasis on technical skills, finishing, goal keeping, ball possession, speed of play and game awareness.
The main goal is to create a strong competitive environment, but fun to highly increase all players' technical skill level so they will be prepared and ready to meet the standards of playing at the next level.

winter PDP Sessions
WINTER 3V3 LEAGUE
We’re excited to offer a 3v3 League winter option again at Sportsplex Norwalk!
3v3 Soccer is a great way for our players to get a lot of touches and put them in situations that will help our players improve their speed of play. 3v3 soccer is an excellent way to learn about spacing, movement, angles, distance, timing, passing combinations in a relatively small space!
SATURDAYS - December through February
Apex Jr. Kickers is a fun-filled soccer enrichment program designed for our youngest kickers to learn the basics while falling head over cleats in love with the game! Taught by Apex Soccer Academy staff who believe in games-based learning, this program provides an engaging introduction to soccer that focuses on developing foundational skills in a playful and supportive environment. Ages: 2-5 years old. All sessions will be led by Apex Soccer staff.

Apex is part of Peak Sports Academy.
You will need to create an account with your email and a password within Playmetrics and enter your child’s name and birthdate. Then you will see the program options.
sAQ training
Elevate your performance with Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) training led by Jonathan Rivera.
As an Assistant Coach for Grand View Men's Soccer, Rivera is highly qualified. This specialized training will focus on soccer-specific movements and incorporate the soccer ball. Coach Rivera holds a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and is responsible for designing and supervising the entire speed, strength, and conditioning program for the Grand View Men’s Soccer team. Coach Rivera also serves as Apex’s Director of Rec Soccer.
Thursdays nights starting in December through mid-late February.
