Rachel's passion for soccer began at age 10, blossoming into a standout career at Lincoln High where she was a four-year starter and two-year captain, earning multiple all-conference honors. She continued to play with the Iowa State University club team.

For six years, Rachel has dedicated herself to youth soccer coaching, and currently leads the 12U Girls team. Rachel has earned her 7v7 and 11 U.S. Soccer coaching licenses.

Outside of soccer, she's an avid photographer, a devoted Iowa State fan, and loves spending time outdoors with her family, including her two daughters who play for Apex.
