APEX FALL FRIENDLIES 9U-19U

Apex Soccer Academy is hosting its first annual Fall Friendlies November 1 and November 2.

The Friendlies are open to Rec, Academy and Select for ages 9U-19U.

USYS, US Club, AYSO, USSA registered teams are welcome to participate.

You can request 1, 2 or 4 games.
Games can begin as early as 9:00am and can play into the evening under the lights! 

We will have 1.5 to 2 hours between each match. 

LEAGUE PLAY OPTIONS

If you’d like to play or reschedule a league game during this event, we will provide a discount code to those teams. The Team would only pay for field rental for that specific league game.

Registration Deadline midnight Saturday, October 25. 

Schedule released on Monday, October 27.

Team Check-In / Administration

Team needs to have these readily available:

  • Medical releases

  • Rosters: Official US Club Roster, or official USYSA (Iowa Soccer) roster. 

  • There will be no check-in at the event.

  • Referees will officiate all matches in accordance with the FIFA Laws of the game unless noted otherwise.

  • Unlimited substitutions with consent of referee, during any stoppage of play. 

  • Running clock –no stoppage or added time.

  • Team Check In / Equipment & Safety

  • No formal team check in

  • Expectation is all players/coaches are properly registered under governing body

  • Club leaders have entered teams based on age group and level of play

  • Club leaders/coach are entrusted to manage team rosters, game situations to facilitate positive playing experience

  • Officials will check equipment to ensure safety and review rules for friendly games

  • Team Uniforms

  • Home (light color) / Away (dark)

  • Coaches work through any challenges that occur.

  • Practice vest / penny if necessary

  • Officials and coaches are expected to mindful of the time to start/stop as close to schedule as possible.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Warm-up time on the field will be limited. Recommend warm-up in designated areas at complex and be prepared to start on time.  

NOTE:

We will do our best to honor any request for match times & coaching conflicts. Ideally, we would like to have at least 1 hours before each team's matches and best option being 2 hours. Still may make it a bit tricky for those only wanting to play only during a set part of the day. We will do our best!
